ARC Express is coming to Aztec Student Union! As a satellite fitness facility affiliated with the Aztec Recreation Center, the ARC Express is located on the third floor of Aztec Student Union. Learn more about this new facility and watch the ARC Express video tour.
ARC Express is a 6,000 square-foot auxiliary fitness center and access to the ARC Express will be an ARC membership benefit. Features of the new facility include:
- A cardio zone and TVs with Cardio Theatre, a system that allows you to listen to the TVs using your personal headset
- An open floor plan with plenty of space for stretching, core training and body weight movement
- Free weights, functional training equipment and a selection of weight machines
- A balcony where members can stretch, cool down and enjoy fresh air with views of College Avenue
Associated Students of SDSU provides a variety of programs and services to the SDSU and San Diego communities, including Aztec Student Union and Aztec Recreation. Aztec Recreation manages the Aztec Recreation Center, and will manage the ARC Express and Aztec Lanes when they open in Aztec Student Union in spring 2014.
